Return Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized by TEC Management. Please contact TEC via email at sales@TECedu.com or phone (800) 338-2238 for more information. Discontinued or special order items are not returnable.
Envisioneer and KeyCreator carry a 30-day money back guarantee. After 30 days returns are only made at the discretion of TEC management. Restocking Fees will apply unless waived at our discretion.
All hardware purchases are subject to the terms of the manufacturers’ warranty. Please contact our Technical Support team via email at techsupport@TECedu.com or phone (800) 338-2238 for more information about your product’s warranty policy.
All approved returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form issued by a TEC Manager to be completed and included with the returned items (keep a photocopy for your records). The RMA number must appear on the package and shipped to:

TEC recommends that you send the product back via an insured carrier or a company that can track packages. Tech Ed Concepts, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Refunds are issued after your merchandise has been received and processed. TEC will inspect all returns and credit, less any restocking fees, will only be issued for material in re-sellable condition. Returns are for credit to the buyer’s account. Refund checks will only be issued on special request. Allow 5 weeks for refund check processing. We will make every effort to process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 days of receiving your returned item and RMA. Returns made against credit card sales will be posted to the buyer’s credit card, less any restocking fees, within 7 days of return of the merchandise to TEC.
