It features a range of performance improvements, including enhanced extraction efficiency, individual filter status tracking, and integrated design elements aimed at minimizing ownership costs.

DeepPleat DUO pre-filter

The DeepPleat DUO pre-filter is crafted to maximize the lifespan of filters. It includes a spacious drop-out chamber that serves as a pre-separator, effectively extending the pre-filter's life and protecting the HEPA filter from premature blockage.

HEPA filter

The HEPA filters are engineered to capture 99.995% of particles at 0.3 microns, acting as a secondary filter to eliminate fine particulates.

Advanced carbon filters

Advanced carbon filters are designed to effectively trap contaminants and odors, reducing the likelihood of bypass and tunneling. They utilize specific carbon types tailored to meet the needs of various industries.

Reverse flow air technology

The reverse flow air technology decreases air velocity and alters airflow direction, allowing larger particles to settle into the filter’s drop-out chamber. This reduces the amount of particulate entering the filter media, significantly improving filter capture efficiency and prolonging filter life.

Automatic flow control

With automatic flow control, users can set the optimal airflow rates for their specific applications, ensuring consistent airflow. This feature helps lower noise levels and protects the more expensive HEPA filters.

Multi-voltage sensing

System OK signal (optional)

Onboard compressor (optional)

BOFA's optional onboard compressor is designed to meet the air supply needs of the laser. Unlike traditional standalone air compressors, this unit is integrated within the extraction system for a more compact and efficient installation.

VOC sensor (optional)

BOFA's VOC (volatile organic compound) sensor continuously monitors exhaust air quality and alerts you if VOC levels exceed the set threshold, preventing the release of harmful VOCs and unpleasant odors.
